Not least because it expresses clearly some of what I find myself doing--and in prose as well as poetry. Two of my novels begin with real people who are like armatures for the finished sculptures that are not at all the people I knew. Applying all this to poetry--succinct (compared with prose), metaphorical--is so beautifully described here.
